Afterservice

All parts of the current Kanare_Abstract products (boards, pieces, boxes, etc.) can be replenished. In case of damage or loss, please contact me and I will send you the corresponding parts. Some replacement and shipping costs will apply, but you can save on shipping costs for refills by ordering them at the same time you purchase other products.

・If you do not have a purchase history, we will not be able to send you the parts only.
・As for the rule sheet, I ask customers to cut the paper into a certain size and print it out by themselves using a home printer. If you are unable to do so due to lack of a printer or other reasons, please contact me.

If the item is damaged in transit, I will send you a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Please contact me with a photo showing the problem.
